Aaron Long founded Procon, Inc. in 2002 and serves as President of the company. He manages and coaches the team to ensure high performance, high quality, on-time and on-budget deliverables and client satisfaction. A Virginia native, he brings over 10 years of tactical and management experience in the contstruction industry.

Penny Yates Goodwin joined Procon, Inc's team in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer. She oversees all financial aspects of the company, including profit and loss, and corporate taxes. She has enjoyed a longtime career in different aspects of the finance world since earning her B.A. in Finance from Radford Universty and her MBA from James Madison University.

Matthew Rutrough, a Rocky Mount, VA native, works in the role of Safety Director/Facilities Manager, as well as overseeing all Waterproofing operations for Procon, Inc. He keeps up to date with safety regulations, ensuring that crew members are qualified and trained for their respective jobs. Along with managing the facilities, fleet, and equipment here at Procon, Inc., ensuring quality and customer satisfaction with our Waterproofing division is another of his top priorities.

Sarah Mistele, a Rocky Mount, VA native, has worked with Procon Inc. since 2005 and seen it grow year-after-year. As the Office Manager, she wears many hats and her job is multi-faceted. At any time you can find her working with employees, preparing payroll, handling computer or technology issues, managing collections, assisting with project management, or simply doing whatever needs to be done.

Jeremiah Mistele has worked with Procon, Inc. since 2004. As Finishing Project Manager, he is responsible for delivering quality flatwork while meeting customers expectations and staying on budget. He holds certifications for ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher, ACI Specialty Commercial/Industrial Concrete, ACI Tilt-Up, and Pervious Concrete.

Del Montgomery combined his talents with Procon in 2009. Bringing with him a knowledge of the construction industry in general. He serves to enhance Procon, Inc's residential division. He oversees all residential operations from estimating to the finished product, ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction is maintained in all aspects.
